  In this first meeting we will discuss on who is working on which task(s).
  - TSA2.1 – Work Package coordination 5m
    
    + Status and Progress - Preparation of the EU review in Brussels. Made a newer version yesterday. Done second and third rehearsals meetings. - Writing a CERN report on the SA2 activities at CERN. - Tracker for SA2 tasks, will be easier to go through every week. We have to see how long term and short term tasks. Would be good if it is quite granular. Link to tracker is above in this agenda. - Planning, but I was absent since Thursday. Among many other discussions and activities. - Main tech issues are SL6 and Deb6. And resources for ETICs and testbed. - We should do a wrap-up and planning is ongoing. I am unsure whether to use a table in wiki or MS project. Anyway the main milestones will go in the SA2 tracker. EGI: No news since Vilnius. + Next steps EU review in Brussels + Conferences -EU Review 20-22 June Brussels - First 2 weeks of July

  - TSA2.3 – Metrics and KPIs Definition and Reporting 5m
    
    + Status and Progress - long series of emails back and forth between SA2.2, SA2.3 and SA1. - set of action points now defined in task #20884 from e-mail exchange and input from Maria. - Fixes to bug-trackers: ARC: detection area (fixed by Anders). gLite: using baseline release instead of release in Savannah. UNICORE: fixed immediate priority mapping (notified by Michele). dCache: still bug-tracking defects to be converted (clarified in EMT by Christian). - Awaiting feedback on Category<--> Products mapping from Balazs. He sent email to EMI list. - preliminary discussion regarding KSA1.3-1.5 shows definitions are vague. + Issues to Discuss - Can we have timelines for trend plots and an architectural plan from SA2.4? Without it, I'm afraid it may be wrongly defined and then end up useless to SA2.3 and SA1. May be worth discussing on Friday at the Metrics Task Force meeting. - Can we have cppcheck, pylint plots in reports? What's the timeline for this? + Steps Next Week - Systematically work through task #20884, including validations on every bug-tracking XML. - Metric Task Force meeting (doodle vote points to 10-11am or 3-4pm Friday). - follow up on GGUS metrics. - set thresholds for metrics. Other SA2.6 work: - SL5 and CentOS 5 pristine images now working in Open Nebula. - will be able to test emi-wn now using these KVM images.
  - TSA2.4 – Tools and Repositories Selection, Maintenance and Integration 5m
    
    + Status and Progress -Infrastructure: * Certificate creation issue in the worker nodes fixed * Certificate expired in the machine that sends the nightly builds -QA Reports: * Provided list of SLOC for all components in emi_3_rc * Improved detection of missing mappings (PT->product->components) and have a list of bugs and components in each metric that are left out. * Wrote a documentation draft with more details about internal workings, to be later added to twiki. * Improving the detection of duplicate code to avoid counting multiple times the same code in each metric. * Changing the calculation of total values. - Support: * 1 EMI external * 3 Externals registration * 7 GGUS tickets closed + Issues to Discuss + Steps Next Week * EMI Y2 planning * Consolidation of AHM feedback
