Description
OBELIX will be the next chip in the succession line of the TJ-Monopix family. Implemented in Tower Semiconductor 180 nm technology, with its small pixel pitch (33 um2) and fast time precision (100 ns), OBELIX is designed targeting the vertex and tracker detectors for future e+e- collider experiments. In this contribution a first OBELIX-based telescope system will be proposed as possible infrastructure deliverable in DRD3 WG5.
