European Condor Week workshop prep meeting


Attendees: Todd, Mary, Alexandr, Helge, Michel, Cole, Greg, Matthew

 

- Another mail as a call for abstracts should be send out to registrants using the blueprint by Chris → done :)

 

- The already submitted abstracts are confirmed except the Lenovo one

 

- Attendance by Condor dev team a bit splitted:

Myron leaves wednesday and will be succeeded in terms of presence by Brian who arrives tuesday, Andrew Owen leaves wednesday.

Seems to be sensible to put the broader, more townhall topic style sessions on tuesday while Myron still joins us

 

- From the mini analysis of the current registered persons the overlap to earlier meetings is not big and the participants focused on the admin side seems to dominate. We might add some of the admin related talks back on the agenda given that we skipped them in earlier meetings !
