Description
We discuss the impact of higher-order corrections on the Higgs di-photon decay in the inert doublet model. This model includes a scalar DM candidate, and it is known that the model can be tested indirectly by precisely measuring the Higgs di-photon decay rate and the Higgs self-coupling. We calculated the leading new-physics two-loop contributions to the Higgs di-photon decay rate for the first time by using the Higgs low-energy theorem. We provide state-of-the-art theoretical predictions on the Higgs di-photon decay rate and the Higgs self-coupling, and discuss the testability of the IDM at future colliders such as HL-LHC.
