20 rooms have been pre-booked at the CERN Hostel that will be assigned on the first-come first served basis. Please, fill the form that you find on the main page of the workshop (bottom right) and send it to: housing.service@cern.ch and lhcb.secretariat@cern.ch at the latest 31 days before the expected arrival date.
After this date, you may still reserve rooms at the CERN hotel by yourself, but we cannot guarantee their availability. In any case, we recommend you book your room as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation and modification is accepted free of charge until 14:00 (CET) 2 days before the foreseen day of arrival.
Reduction of length of stay is accepted free of charge until 12:00 (CET) on the day of departure.
In case of no-show the first night of the reservation is charged at 100% to the supplied means of financial guaranty.
