2nd High Temperature Superconductor Accelerator Technology (HiTAT-2) Workshop

Access to CERN / Practical information

A few days before the Annual Meeting, you will receive an automatic e-mail from Indico asking you to provide some personal information. Once completed, you will be given an access code to obtain your visitor badge.

The workshop will start at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, 23 October 2025,  in the Kjell Johnsen Auditorium, located on the 7th floor of Building 30 (30/7-018).

Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m., with coffee available in the room next to the Auditorium. 

Building 30 is approximately 20-25 minutes on foot from the CERN Main Entrance and the CERN Hostel. Shuttles are available to reach the building, see Shuttle timetable.

A sandwich lunch will be offered on both days.
