If you have not already done so, please upload a digital photo of yourself taken with a digital camera, smartphone or tablet by September 27. This photo will be used for your permanent CERN site access card. Please be advised that on 1st October, your access card will be available for collection at the CERN Community Support Centre (buidling 33- Meyrin site), in front of CERN tramway stop 18. The service will be open from 7am. Due to the large number of people coming to CERN that day, please be aware that queues may be expected.
We invite you to join us for the welcome session on Wednesday 2nd October 2024 at 8h15am in the Council Chamber (building 503/1-001).
We also invite you to join a dedicated CERN Mattermost channel to network and share your experience with other newcomers.

Cette photo servira pour créer votre carte d'accès permanente pour le site du CERN. Veuillez noter que le 1er Octobre, vous pourrez retirer votre carte d'accès au Centre de support de la communauté du CERN (bâtiment 33-site de Meyrin), en face de l'arrêt CERN du tramway 18. Le service sera ouvert à partir de 7h. En raison du grand nombre de personnes visitant le CERN ce jour-là, veuillez noter que des files d'atttente sont à prévoir.
