Workshop fee at Kloster Irsee
Workshop attendees
The flate rate for workshop attendees is
- ~650 € / per person for a single room and business package
- ~535 € / per person, for a shared double room and business package
It covers venue costs, accommodation, full board and free parking onsite June 1 - 4, 2025.
Accompanying persons
The flat rate for accompanying persons is
- ~150 € in a shared double room
It covers accommodation and breakfast, June 1-4, 2025 and the dinner buffet on Sunday June 1, 2025.
For the lunch and dinner buffets June 2-4, we request accompanying persons to daily announce their participation at the reception in Kloster Irsee for the following day.
For extra drinks at lunch and dinner buffets as well as during the cozy get-togethers in the evenings in the Stiftskeller we ask all attending persons to pay at the table
Payments are accepted in cash, as well as by EC and credit cards.

The nearest ATM is located in the small village Irsee at Raiffeisenbank Kirchweihtal, Meinrad Spieß Platz 2.
PLEASE NOTE:
The fee and is to be paid onsite upon arrival at the reception.
No individual services will be deducted from the conference flat rates if participants are only present on individual days.
This is due to the general conditions in the organization and implementation of this event.
Accommodation at Kloster Irsee
60 single and 10 double rooms are pre-reserved for workshop participants at Kloster Irsee for the nights of 1, 2 and 3 June, 2025.

A video-monitored luggage compartment is available at the reception.
