Welcome to the 2nd ROOT Hackathon event, which will take place at CERN's Idea Square: the Innovation Space of the Lab!
The Hackathon will take place over three days with the focus given to:
- Pythonic interface extensions
- Python documentation enhancement
- Tutorial modernisation campaign
The ROOT Team will be driving the effort, but as already proven at the 1st Hackathon - the input from ROOT users is invaluable for our open source project. Any level of experience and programming skills is welcome!
Logistics
The hackathon takes place at CERN IdeaSquare, in person. No remote participation is foreseen.
The ROOT team cannot provide any support for the participation to this event.
Home cooked lunches and coffee will be available. A social dinner (not covered by the organizers) will be organised near CERN.
