Participation is limited to 18 persons. In case of a larger number of applications participants will be selected by the organizing committee through following criteria:
- Persons with urgent travel requirements
- One person per institute, more if space still available
- Based on letter of motivation
The participation fee is 50/100 CHF, depending on attending (or not) the social dinner. The basic 50 CHF fee covers coffee breaks and additional 50 CHF covers the dinner. Payment information will be shared with candidates after confirmation of their application.
Application deadline is Monday 27 January 23:59. Candidates will be informed about the status of their application by Friday 31 January.
