Description
TCT School organized by DRD3 and AIDAInnova will take place at CERN on 4-6 March 2025. The school is aimed at PhD students and postdocs.

Contents
The topics will cover different applications of Transient Current Technique (TCT) including:
- Single Photon Absorption TCT (SPA-TCT)
- Two Photon Absorption TCT (TPA-TCT)
- Course on signal formation.
The main part of the course will consist of a half day theoretical plenary session and three half day hands-on lab sessions. The lab sessions will include data taking and analysis of the recorded data. A wrap-up session will be held on the last day where participants will also be able to present their own TCT applications.
The program also includes social dinner in Geneva.
Applications
Applicatrions are open until Monday 27 January 23:59. Due to laboratory space constraints the number of participants is limited to 18 persons. In case of a larger number of applications participants will be selected by the organizing committe through following criteria:
- Persons with urgent travel requirements
- One person per institute, more if space still available
- Based on letter of motivation
A short letter of motivation (maximum half page, 250 words) should be included to the application.
