Code of Conduct
All attendees at our conference are required to agree with the following
code of conduct:
The organizers are committed to making this conference scientifically
productive and also enjoyable for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual
orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race,
nationality or religion. We will not tolerate harassment of participants
in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any
conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other
online media. Conference participants violating these rules may be
sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the
discretion of the conference organizers.
The organizers reserve the right to decline applications for conference
registration by individuals who have been repeatedly non-compliant with
these rules on comparable occasions in the past.
We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe
environment for everybody.
We support the Diversity Charter of APPEC, ECFA and NuPECC. In
accordance with that, contact persons will serve as advisors to help and
support those who may be suffering from problems of discrimination,
harassment or conflict during the conference. In this case, you are
