        • Presentation potentially to be given by Tomas (to be confirmed with WP conveners)
      • Poster for PIXEL-2024 conference is now finalized and submitted for printing

      Hardware 25m
Speakers: Eric Buschmann (Brookhaven National Laboratory (US)), Shaochun Tang (Brookhaven National Laboratory (US)), Tomas Vanat (Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron (DE)), Younes Otarid (CERN)

      Younes:

      • Think about versioning of CaR board developments. So far no access to development besides the main ones.
        • Licensing issue ?
      • Think about CaR board documentation to be published on the website. It is now automatically dones for Peta-Caribou, Boreal and Peary using markdown files structred and placed in a folder /doc in the gitlab repository
    • 16:35 17:00
      Firmware 25m
Speakers: Eric Buschmann (Brookhaven National Laboratory (US)), Tomas Vanat (Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron (DE)), Younes Otarid (CERN)

      Younes:

      • Searching for a solution to avoid automatic block design file update everytime a synthesis is ran. Any ideas ?
        • Enable block design creationg in project TCL script
      • Implemented automatic triggering of documentation pulling and website deployment in Boreal CI
      • Currently working on publising all bitstream built by the CI into a gitlab release for users
      • Will start actively documenting the new Boreal architecure on the website, with instruction about how to seamlessly integrate new devices
    • 17:00 17:25
      Software - OS 25m
Speakers: Eric Buschmann (Brookhaven National Laboratory (US)), Mathieu Benoit (Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL)), Simon Spannagel (Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron (DE)), Younes Otarid (CERN)

      Younes:

      • Meta-Caribou is now officialy archived, leaving the floor to the Peta-Caribou workflow
      • Peta-Caribou is now extensively documented, refer to the [manual](https://caribou-project.docs.cern.ch/docs/03_peta-caribou/)
      • Migrated Peary documentation to central website
        • Peary documentation needs to be updated and extended. How do we proceed ? Should I take care of it as well ?
      • Included automatic triggering of documentation pulling and website deployment in Peta-Caribou and Peary CI
      • About to endorse the task of supporting adapting Peary to support 32bit reading on 64bit architectures, essential for the support of ZCU102 and beyond
        • Support very welcome from Simon and Tomas
