The fee is fully inclusive of accommodation and meals
Participants will be hosted in the Orthodox Academy of Crete (https://www.oac.gr/en/), until full occupancy is reached, on a first-come-first-served basis. Once the OAC is full, participants will have to arrange for their own accommodation.
The workshop fee is all-inclusive of lunches, dinners, and participation to the workshop, for everyone, from 8 June to 13 June.
For the arrival day, only dinner is included. Participants who choose to stay at the OAC also get room and breakfast (for the departure day, only breakfast is included).
Information on the fees are listed under "Participants hosted at OAC" and "Participants hosted in external hotels", depending on your accommodation. Once the OAC is full, participants will have to arrange for their own accommodation.
We have a support scheme for young participants: please check at the bottom of the page.
Payment method
All fees must be paid either by bank transfer, or in cash at the registration desk. Credit card payments are not possible. In case of bank transfer, you will be mailed an invoice with the bank details to make the transfer. The registration will not be complete until the payment is performed.
Participants hosted at OAC
The conference package includes:
- registration fee
- coffee breaks
- accommodation
- full board at OAC (breakfast + lunch + dinner)
Participants can choose to have a single room, or a double room shared with another participant.
The amount to be paid per participant is:
- Single room accommodation: 820€ per person.
- Double room accommodation: 670€ per person.
Accompanying person (participant hosted at OAC)
Accompanying persons being hosted at OAC will pay 600 euro, to cover for the full board (room, breakfast, lunch, dinner) expenses.
As an example, a participant coming with an accompanying person and wishing to share a double room, will obtain full room and board (check-in on June 8, check-out on June 13) by paying:
- 1270 euro = 670 (participant) + 600 (accompanying person) euro
Participants hosted in external hotels
Participants who wish to stay in another hotel will have to take care of their own accommodation arrangements (and of their accompanying person, where applicable).
The amount to be paid by each participant is 500 euro, which includes the registration fee, coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners. Please note that it is not allowed to eat your own food at the OAC lunch/diner tables (essentially, if you don't want to pay for the lunch ticket, you will have to head to the village to have lunch).
