50 rooms have been blocked for the workshop in the CERN hostel.
Reservations are for the period Monday 10th February to Friday 14th February, 2025.
Of course this period can be shorter depending on your participation to the event.
Please mention your arrival/departure dates on the booking form.
Note that rooms will be distributed on the basis of first-come first-served: Deadline registration: Friday 10th January 2025.

Cancellation and modification is accepted free of charge until 14:00 (CET) 2 days before the foreseen day of arrival.
Reduction of length of stay is accepted free of charge until 12:00 (CET) on the day of departure.
In case of no-show the first night of the reservation is charged at 100% to the supplied means of financial guaranty. The rest of the stay is automatically cancelled by 12:00.
Check-in time is from 2.00 pm and check-out time is at 12.00 am.
