Data collected for the purposes of JuliaHEP 2025 is covered by legitimate interest for the purposes of organising the event. It will be used only by the event organisers and the conveners of the HSF JuliaHEP working group.
Basic details of your registration (name, affiliation) will be made available publically (you may opt out) and will be made available to event participants. This is to enable productive scientific interactions.
Personal data for registrants will be deleted after 52 weeks.
Speaker details, presentation material and recordings of the sessions will be held indefinitely as part of the scientific record of the event.
Please contact the event data controller if you would like to request a copy of your data or any data deletion.
