- Agreement on the names representing each institution for the editing (Agder will follow up on who should do it from there)
- Budget structure
- Need to discuss about how long people can be hired for… how long can PD positions run for?
- Need to account for ATLAS membership fees (post docs only)
- Personnel numbers are higher than we can ask for, see scaled down proposal
- Therese: are the in-kind numbers fixed with the institutions?
- Are: numbers are guaranteed for NTNU, two of the PhDs are already funded.
- Matthias: for Bergen the numbers reflect roughly what is possible
- UiO numbers are low but realistic since UiO isn’t hosting the centre
- Are: fix the numbers for now, if there is a very good reason to change them then we can, but assume it’s fixed for purposes of discussing with institutes
- Are: now need to decide how to allocate resources
- Other topics
- Farid will look after the letter of support from WLCG
- Short discussion on computing, need write something. Best if we settle on data, NIRD storage platform, since this gives us compute for free. Need to decide on a gradient, max integral of costs. Initial guess 500TB, not all needed at once? James will write some slides for next time
- Are will upload slides
- Meet on Wednesday @ 9am
- Eirik: do your homework on the numbers and what each PhD/postdoc/in-kind/staff will do in each WP!
