The 2025 CTEQ Summer Workshop and the 2025 MCgen CyberTraining Program
The 2025 CTEQ Summer Workshop on QCD and Electroweak Phenomenology will be held at the Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI, USA 15-25 June 2025. The CTEQ program provides a focused introduction to perturbative quantum chromodynamics, along with applications and recent experimental results. Additionally, the program will include "hands-on" tutorial sessions on Machine Learning and Monte Carlo event generators organized in concert with the MCgen Collaboration. The event is ideally suited for advanced graduate students and young postdocs.
The 2025 MCgen CyberTraining Program is an OPTIONAL 2-day tutorial workshop immediately following the CTEQ workshop on 25-27 June 2025. Participants in the CyberTraining workshop can opt to stay the extra 2 days and depart on Friday, 27 June, instead of Wednesday, 25 June. Details of the program are available HERE.
Note: participants arrive on the evening of Sunday, 15 June 2025, and depart in the morning of Wednesday, 25 June 2025. Those participating in the CyberTraining Program will depart on Friday, 27 June 2025.
There will be a workshop registration fee of approximately 900 USD (TBD), which covers the dorm and food for the duration of the program.
