To check-in, enter the main front doors of the building, go to the dorm's Service Center. They will give you a room key, access card, and a meal ticket for breakfast on the first day of the school.
The Service Center can answer questions about your room, food options, parking, campus, local area, transportation. You can also call the Service Center at +1 (517) 355-5068.
Getting to the dorm:
If you took the Michigan Flyer bus from Detroit to East Lansing, you can walk or take a bus/Uber from the Michigan Flyer bus stop to the Owen Hall. Directions are here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/Q5XLnuvVax8A8UxcA.
From the Lansing airport, the best option is to take Uber. Traveling from the Lansing airport to MSU by public transportation (CATA bus) is less convenient. If you decide to take a CATA bus from the airport, you can schedule your trip using Google Maps.
First lecture
The first lecture will take place on June 16 at 9am EDT in Rm 1410 of the Biomedical & Physical Sciences Building.
Meals
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for participants will be served in the Vista cafeteria at Shaw Hall at times indicated in the attached schedule. Meal tickets will be distributed on the first day of the school. No meals will be served on the arrival day, June 15.

Many meal options are available within walking distance along Grand River Avenue and at Hannah Plaza
Parking
If you drive your own car, complimentary parking is available in lot 91 within walking distance from both the dorm and the school venue.
