Visas and Invitation Letters:
Please check https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/tourism-visit.html for the travel requirements for entering the United States specific to your nationality. If you require an ESTA or visa for entering the US, please make sure to apply for it well ahead of time.
If you would like an invitation letter for visa purposes, please let the organizers know by emailing cms-mlatl1@cern.ch so that we can put one together for you.
Transportation:
To and From the Airport:
Boulder is about 30 miles (48 kilometers) northwest of Denver. The closest international airport is Denver International Airport (DIA).
- The RTD AB1 bus picks up and drops off from the Denver Airport Transit Center (under the Westin Hotel, connected to the airport).
- Shared-ride service shuttles pick up and drop off from Jeppesen Terminal Level 5.
- Taxicabs or rideshare cars pick up and drop off from Jeppesen Terminal, Level 5.
- CU Boulder is 45 minutes away from the Denver International Airport (DIA) by car.

Accommodation:
We have secured a hotel block for participants with the Moxy Boulder for $239+tax per night, please follow this link to book at the CU rate. Please check the box on the registration form if you are interested in staying at the Moxy. We will also provide a list of attendees who are looking for roommates in order to split the cost of accommodation if desired. The hotel block is reserved until June 12th, so please book early.

Childcare:
CU conference services doesn't offer childcare services for conference attendees, however they recommend checking Call Emmy at https://callemmy.com/ for finding vetted baby sitters in the area.
