7 What's next?

All supervisors should be informed by their respective Dep Reps about the outcome of their proposed selection at the committee.

HR will contact the selected candidates no later than Monday, February 10th.

For supervisors: The deadline to contact their selected candidate and confirm their start date is by the end of the day on Monday, February 17th.

STAND BY: please pause the selection process for Greek candidates (TECH, ADMIN). Please submit the reserve candidates (that are not in conflict) before the 13th of February.

Reminder:
The earliest possible start date is April 1, 2025, for students who do not require a visa.
For students who require a visa, the earliest possible start date is July 1, 2025.
