News:
- shift Danilo to Dev
- a bit more traffic than usual but everything is fine
- Regarding the actions from the last meeting: maybe GitLab for the internal document?
- Philippe: proposal of a new mechanism for PRs -> text explaining the process added in the Status Report document
- situation: a PR is essentially ready but there is a typo - reviewer approves the PR but the typo resolution is required instead of the re-review
- Philippe 2nd proposal: merge roottest.git and root.git repositories (notes and size/time to clone comparison in the Status Report)
- roottest is not as huge as expected while designing things this way
- full clone is 44.7 instead of 40.6 for separate clones
- disadvantage: git-bisect may be harder for roottest
- now one PR for the code changes in root and roottest
- merge as the 1st commit in the new development cycle
- chance to clean up old CMakeFiles in roottest
- think about it and make the decision next Monday
- no. of issues on GH is increasing - close issues assigned to you

- Serhan joined the meeting - asked about backports of the python interface --> but this would require too many changes
- Round-table: RNTuple validation suite files were prepared by Jonas H.
- Giuglio: request to reuse RDF nodes - needed for arrow source
- ALICE -- TTree->Draw() --> very few characters to type --> how to convince them to use RDF instead?
TTree->Draw() --> very compact but error prone
