Actiom items:

  • Ximo:
    • Update model with new baseline, work on the double aperture design first. 
    • Further explore the possibility of adding copper paths for cooling (without removing insulation)
    • Explore the cooling from the yoke (for cool-down, not operation), something like heat exchanger holes for MQXF
  • Jose & Ariel:
    • Provide forces for contact resistances
    • Provide 3D view of the magnet
    • Provide stress map for the different components in order to study where to put holes
