We offer two types of registrations fees - regular (300€) and a limited number of reduced student fees (200€). The late fee - after the 15th of September - will be 360€ for everyone.
The fee includes coffee breaks and lunches from Monday to Thursday, the welcome reception, the conference dinner and a social activity during the week. The non conference participants are also welcome to join the social dinner for an additional fee of 70€ per person. Payment
After registering on Indico (see the "Registration" tab), registration to the conference is handled by the Lifelong Learning Centre of the Universitat Politècnica de València. The platform will guide you to create a user that will allow you to register, pay, request an invoice and later download the certificate when planned. Payment can be made by bank card or bank transfer. In case of paying by transfer, you must attach proof of payment.
