Spotlight On New 3D Event displays for the ATLAS W Masterclass & Onboarding
There is a new, modern 3D event display for the ATLAS-W masterclasses, which makes data evaluation even more fun, especially for young people. The big advantage is that it works directly in the browser and no programs need to be installed before the masterclass. The evaluation also takes place online without tally sheets. The 3D display was already used in Georgia last year and the results of the measurements were very good. The 3D event display has an attractive appearance and can now be used as an alternative to MINERVA (2D).
We will present the new ATLAS W 3D event display online and in English on 11.02.25 from 10:00 am.

Alexander Sharmazanashvili from Georgia, who designed and developed the 3D event display, will show us how it can be used and answer our questions.

There is also already a Manuel: https://physicsmasterclasses.org/downloads/TRACER-user-manual.pdf
Afterwards, from 10:30 am to 11:15 am, we would like to give a short introduction for you to the International Masterclasses: The daily schedule, games to get to know each other, embedding Netzwerk Teilchenwelt and feedback as well as interactive methods during the introductory lecture will be our topics.
We meet here: https://uni-bonn.zoom.us/j/64522404023?pwd=MWRGbUVJMjRScW5ZallxUU42M2V6QT09
Meeting ID: 645 2240 4023
Code: 990582
Please also let potentially interested new people from your groups who are interested in outreach and masterclasses know. Anyone can attend the on-boarding and get to know Netzwerk Teilchenwelt and the masterclasses. If you are not conducting ATLAS-W masterclasses at your location, you are welcome to join us from 10:30 am.
