FROM COINTRIN, GENEVA AIRPORT to CERN
There is no CERN shuttle service at this time.
If you reach us by public transport, the ticket 'Tout Geneve' can be purchased for 3 CHF at the ticket machines you find at the tram stops (credit cards are accepted):
Bus 23/28/57 until Blandonnet then Tram 18 until CERN.

If you reach us by taxi, a ride from the airport will cost approximately 35 CHF.
FROM CORNAVIN TRAIN STATION (downtown Geneva) to CERN
From Cornavin you can take the Tram 18, direction CERN. A ticket 'Tout Geneve' can be purchased for 3 CHF at the ticket machines you find at the tram stops (credit cards are accepted).
A taxi ride from the train station to CERN will cost approximately 45 CHF.

FROM COINTRIN, GENEVA AIRPORT to DOWNTOWN GENEVA
From the airport you can reach the Geneva Cornavin station by train in about 10 minutes. Please check the Geneva Public Transportation Service for more details.
ONCE AT CERN
If you have a room at the hotel and arrive on Sunday evening, the guards at entrance B will provide you with the room key, the hostel building number (38 , 39 or 41) and the room number.
While at CERN, you can find the reception in building 33 and the TH secretariat in building 4 (second floor). The CERN Restaurant 1 is in building 501. For detailed maps of CERN, please visit this link.
Please note that if you requested an access card to enter the site, details and a link will be sent to you before the start of the workshop with instructions on how retrieve it upon arrival.
