The social dinner will take place on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at 6:30 pm on the Bateau Genève.
We will meet directly there. Indications on how to get there are provided below.
When you arrive, announce that you are there for the CERN workshop dinner.
A participation fee is foreseen. A certificate for the payment will be provided.
How to get to the Bateau
Take tram 18 in the direction Genève Bel Air and get out at that last stop.
The tram ride takes 30 minutes, and trams run every 10 minutes. We recommend leaving CERN at about 5:30 at the latest.
From Bel Air walk 15 minutes following the right-hand side of the Rhone river towards the lake, then continue along the lake. The Bateau is moored after the park Jardin Anglais.
