The nearest London Underground stations are South Kensington and Gloucester Road on the Piccadilly, Circle and District lines. Imperial College London is a 10 minute walk from South Kensington and 15 minutes from Gloucester Road.
Bus
The College is easily accessible by bus, please use the Transport for London Bus Route maps to plan your journey by bus.
London City Airport
Take the DLR train line to Canning Town, change to the London Underground and take the Jubilee line to Green Park and then the Piccadilly line to Gloucester Road
Heathrow Airport
Take the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station, change to the London Underground and take the Circle line to South Kensington. The Piccadilly line goes directly from Heathrow Airport to Gloucester Road, this takes over an hour.
Gatwick Airport
Take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station, change to the London Underground and take the District or Circle line to South Kensington.
Stansted Airport
Take the Stansted Express runs direct to Liverpool Street Station, change to the London Underground and take the Circle line to South Kensington.
Taxis are not advised from the airports as all airports except from London City are outside of London.
