This forward-looking discussion will delve into the progress that has been made, the challenges that persist, and the exciting possibilities that lie ahead in building a more equitable future at CERN for women in science, technology, administration, and all other fields.

We particularly encourage women, allies, and individuals from all backgrounds and generations to participate.

11:00 → 11:30 WIT Presentation: "CERN Personnel Statistics 2020-2023"

• Women in Technology (WIT) represantive at CERN will present key data from the 2020-2023 personnel statistics, highlighting trends in gender representation across CERN.
• A Q&A session will follow the presentation.

11:30 → 12:00 Moderated Discussion: Our Main Concerns

• We will engage in a dynamic moderated discussion, featuring a diverse group of women from different generations and career stages at CERN, who will share their experiences and perspectives on gender equality within the organization.
• The discussion will address the main concerns, informed by the data presented, to understand how we can best move forward.

12:00 → 12:30 Networking and Brainstorming: "What's Next? Building on the Momentum of "25 by 25"

• An interactive networking session where we can connect with each other, the discussion participants, and members of WIT.
• This session will focus on generating joint solutions and discussing actionable steps for the future, building on the progress made during the "25 by 25" initiative.
• Note: While the "25 by 25" initiative, aimed at increasing women's representation at CERN, concludes in 2025, this session will explore how we can continue to advance gender equality at CERN.
