The meeting will take place in the 3rd floor of the IT Department Building "Building 31".
Once you get to the building, follow the signs to the meeting room.
Walking distances
It takes:
- 10 minutes walking from the Main Entrance B (see directions here).
- 10 minutes from the CERN Hostel (see directions here).
CERN Shuttle
There is a bus service within CERN. The one useful for you if you stay at the CERN Hostel is Circuit 1. You can find the timetable here: https://sce-dep.web.cern.ch/mobility/shuttle/circuit-1
Make sure you get off at stop in between Restaurant N.2 an the CERN Data Centre (building number 513). Ask the driver if in doubt. Also see the screenshot below, the red circle is the hostel, the blue circle is the stop next to the venue:
