The event will take place in person, at CERN IDEASQUARE.
No prior programming experience is required.
Please bring your own laptop. If you do not have your own laptop, please let us know in the registration form and we will provide you with one to use during the session.

What will participants learn?
Part 1: Getting More Women in STEM Careers

Prachi Bhave, Project Officer of the nonprofit, RightsTech Women, will share about the need to get more women working in data science.

A representative of CERN Women in Technology will share her career perspectives in the context of working at CERN.

Coaches are invited to give short mentorship talks, sharing their experiences in how they advanced in their STEM learning and careers.
Part 2: Technical training
Technical coaches from CERN Women in Technology will introduce participants to the basics of Data Science using the Python programming language, with a focus on business skills.
