The workshop is hosted by the French Atomic and Alternative Energy Commission (CEA) in Gif-sur-Yvette at the Amphithéâtre Claude Bloch, located at the Institute of Theoretical Physics (IPhT) at the heart of the "plateau de Saclay" area in the region "Île-de-France".

How to get to the workshop
The area of the workshop can be easily accessed, depending on your arrival destination:
| Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) airport | take line B of the regional express train (RER B) from the airport towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and stop at Le Guichet |
| Paris-Orly (ORY) airport | take the airport train transit (Orlyval) to Antony, then take line B of the regional express train (RER B) towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and stop at Le Guichet |
| Paris Gare de Lyon train station | take line A of the regional express train (RER A) from the station towards Cergy-Le Haut/Poissy/Saint-Germain-en-Laye and get off at Châtelet-Les Halles, then take line B (RER B) towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and stop at Le Guichet |
The cost of a local transportation ticket is 2.50€ (with connections, exception made for Orlyval) and can be purchased in any train or underground station (look for the reusable Navigo Easy card or single usage tickets): you can specifically select your destination by choosing the regional tickets. Tickets are also available on NFC for Android and iPhone users through the apps of IDF Mobilités or SNCF Connect (look on the corresponding app store).
