The CERN Code of Conduct is the blueprint for how we work together at CERN. We strive to create an inclusive environment where people treat each other with professionalism and respect. We expect the same from the workshop participants.
Participants are expected to treat each other with courtesy, respect, kindness and professionalism. Inappropriate language or behavior, including bullying or harassment, will not be tolerated. This expectation applies to all the programmed sessions, as well as any chat platform or virtual environment associated with the workshop.
Those who will participate remotely, are encouraged to include their full name and preferred pronouns in their Zoom display name. Remote participants should ensure that their microphones are muted when not speaking, and use the raise-hand button or chat window to get the attention of session chairs.
All participants are expected to approach discussions with each other and act with sensitivity and heightened awareness of the various ongoing challenges and troubling events across the world.
