Three sponsorship options to support this event:
Beyond regular participation in the Tech Forum, there are opportunities for your company to gain high visibility as a recognized sponsor, with options to show your products in the limited exhibition space (20 tables, each about 2m wide), as well as the opportunity to contribute a short oral presentation, highlighting the technological capabilities of your company and a short text in the online brochure that will be published after the event on the APPEC website. The 20 exhibition spaces will be shared between the food and drink sponsors and sponsors with exhibition space.
The exhibition will be open during all coffee and lunch breaks and the poster session. The exhibition will be in the main lecture hall (church) and adjacent rooms.

- Up to 2 pages in the online brochure of the Tech Forum

- Cost of available food and drink packages (10):
- 5 packages for drinks & snacks during coffee breaks € 2000,- each
(additional package: € 500, if not claimed by another company) - 3 packages for lunch buffets and Poster buffet € 3000,- each
(additional package: € 1000, if not claimed by another company) - 2 packages for conference dinner and drinks (in restaurant) € 4000,- each
(additional package: € 1500, if not claimed by another company) - Booking of an additional food sponsor package comes with one more free person at the event. If the additional place is not needed, it can also be offered for a student to waive the conference fee.

- Regular sponsorship (no limit):
- Up to 0.5 pages in the online brochure of the Tech Forum
- Recognition of the sponsor on the conference webpage
- Includes participation of one person free of charge
- Cost: € 400,-
Any additional participants have to register separately with the regular fee of € 200/person.
