    Record of meeting:

    • IHEP gave explanation why it was decided not to perform the WMM on MCBRD5 due to some meauring parts issues.
    • MCBRD06 an 07 were warm magnetic tested and reports being uploaded in MTF
    • Review issues of missing threads M6 for WMM shaft on MCBRD5 was discussed, action on next magnets taken. IHEP will check what is situation on MCBRD05-7
    • MCBRD08 is equipped with CB24, 25 apertures
    • the issue of thereaded holes detected on MCBRD6 for the WMM shaft interface was discussed and will be fixed at Bama. Also the survey mark holes diameteres will be checked on the next magnets.
    • NCR CB14 document waits for the MCBRD6 cold test outcome
    • AF asked to update the table of fiber glass used for each aperture with the related information of VPI step   
    • NCR CB22 IHEP needs to be updated with the decision not to use the aperture in magnet assembly
