I am an experimental particle physicist driven by a deep curiosity about how the world around me works. After earning my BSc and MSc degrees in physics from the Univ. of Athens in Greece, I pursued a PhD in Brussels. My doctoral thesis focused on the search for supersymmetry through the direct pair production of stop quarks, making it one of the first CMS analyses using the 8 TeV dataset and employing novel machine learning techniques.

After completing my PhD, I held several postdoctoral positions at world-renowned institutions, including DESY in Hamburg and Princeton Univ. while currently I am transitioning to a Assist. Prof. Position with the University of Ioannina, Greece. My research focuses on Higgs boson properties and searches for additional Higgs bosons. I also served as the CMS convener of the "Jets and MET" working group, high level objects essential for many physics analyses. Beyond physics, I develop silicon-based detectors for the next-generation experiments.
