We reported on the site visit:

  1. ACP2025 Poster Suggestions:
    • The Université de Lomé logo on the top right will be replaced with the logo of the Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche
    • The Université de Lomé logo will be moved to the bottom
    • The University of Kara logo will be added
    • The ANSALT logo will be added
    • All LOC logos will be moved to the right side.
  2. Conference Dinner:
    • Should we have a joint conference dinner in conjunction with Université de Lomé's 55th anniversary?
  3.  Sponsorship Update
    • Prof. Amou mentioned that two companies are willing to sponsor ACP2025.
    • He has a meeting with them tomorrow and will report on that discussion.

Inputs from the LOC

  • Prof. Amou will send us useful information to be added to the ASP website (housing options, visa requirements for Togo, airport transfers, etc.).

  • Prof. Komlan presented a few slides on the entrance visa requirements for Togo. He will send his slides to be uploaded to Indico.

ACP2025 Scientific Program & Proposed Session Leaders

  • We emphasized the need to prioritize invited speakers who can—or are willing to—attend in person.

  • People with contributed talks (selected abstracts) but no funding may present online.

  • Lawrence suggested two speakers for light sources.

  • Peyton provided a brief update on how they plan to organize their session.

  • Funmi presented a proposal for the 3-minute Poster Presentation Video.

Next Steps

  • Session leaders should begin developing their detailed agendas, including identifying invited speakers, structuring contributed talks, and defining discussion topics.

  • We encourage session chairs to collaborate closely with the LOC and IOC to ensure smooth execution.

  • If anyone has feedback on the session structure or would like to propose additional invited talks, please share your input.

  • Starting from the next meeting, we would like to hear updates from the session leaders.

  • Next meeting: March 19.
