On the 22nd of April, 2025, from 1:30 IST, at Burdwan Town School, a Virtual Visit to the CMS at CERN, Switzerland took place. Around 70 students and 6 teachers were present to attend the program. Students were selected on a competitive basis as it was impossible to organise the same for all of the 2100 students of the school. As the run started today, the students were very interested in the program and they got the chance to experience a historical moment in CERN's history. The complete session was very interactive. The students got a chance to ask questions to the panelists and know more about particle physics. The students were fortunate to get a chance to travel around the CMS experimental site virtually. Students had many questions even after the end of the tour so they were expecting that the Q&A session would be longer. But our students and teachers thought that the program was awesome.
