We have pre-booked rooms at hotel Slovan from 10.9. to 12.9, with half-pension (starting with dinner on 10.9.) (30 EUR), on discount rate (single standard 84 EUR, single occupancy in double room 104 EUR, double room 144 EUR).
The pre-booking together with the prizes of the rooms are guaranteed until May 30, 2025. After that, you need to reserve an accommodation on your own.

and use the PROMO KÓD: CZSK2025. You will obtain mail with payment instructions.
If you need invoice to the Institute, make sure you use the correct information during reservation process. In case the bill on your name is enough, use your name and addreess during reservation process.
Of course, if peple want to stay longer for the weekend, please make a standard reservation in the hotel system.
People wishing to stay in another hotel, please indicate that in the registration.
Lunches are covered by the fee.
