I am postdoctoral fellow affiliated with Texas A&M University, USA working within Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) collaboration. My research is focused on measuring the properties of the Higgs boson and searching for new particles and phenomena with CMS detector at the CERN Large Hadron Collider. I am also in charge of CSC detector operations
Towsifa Akhter
I am a physics PhD student at Texas A&M University. I work in the CMS collaboration as part of the muon subsystem Cathode Strip Chambers (CSC) operations. My research analysis is focused on measuring properties of the Higgs boson. Currently based in CERN (Switzerland and France), but I am originally from Bangladesh and then moved to Pennsylvania and Texas (United States).
