Design, Deployment & Demo of Automated Test Systems in ePool Service 50m Zoom conference room (Virtual Event)

      Zoom conference room

      Virtual Event

As part of the continuous effort to enhance equipment reliability and streamline verification processes, the electronics pool service has recently developed two new automated test rigs. These platforms are designed to validate both the functionality and performance of a range of electronic devices routinely handled by the service.
The first test rig focuses on the automated testing of DC electronic loads, ensuring their compliance with functional specifications before re-rental. The second rig supports a variety of electronic modules, including signal translators, fan-in/fan-out units, and programmable logic devices.
Both systems have been developed using a shared Python-based test sequencer framework already in use across several other test setups within the ePool. This common software infrastructure leverages our internally maintained instrument libraries and guarantees consistent data logging by integrating with the service central test results DB.
The presentation will provide an overview of the motivation, design, and implementation of these test rigs, and will highlight their role in improving test efficiency and service reliability. It will be followed by a demo in ePool's labs.
