The workshop venue is placed at Hotel Exe Campus, hence participants are welcome to use their room services. Rooms can be booked through their webpage using the code FTSXROOT25. A 15% discount will be applied to the prices displayed on their website until 12/09/2025 when using the Workshop code. The most flexible cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
PIC Tier-1 can be reached by a nice 20' walk from the Hotel Exe Campus, and the social dinner restaurant Umami is placed by a nice 10' walk from the Hotel Exe Campus.
Alternatively, participants may want to find accommodation in Barcelona, which is of course a major touristic city, providing multiple accommodation choices, although regularly in high demand. The University can be reach by a 30' train ride from Barcelona city.
