Registration Fee

In order to register to the Higgs Pairs workshop it is necessary to have an Indico account. If you do not have one, please follow the instructions in the prompt window that appears when you start the registration process.

Master and PhD students are entitled to a reduced registration fee, they should tick the appropriate box in the Registration Form.

The registration fee  includes conference material, coffee breaks, and social events.

Fees paid after April 11th, 2025 will have an extra charge of €100,00 (late payment)

STORNO INFN (INFN participants only)

The registration fee of INFN participants will be paid through an internal transfer among INFN sites. Other forms of payment will not be accepted. Further information can be obtained from the local INFN administrative offices.

METHOD OF PAYMENT (for non-INFN participants):

IN CASH
on site at the Meeting Registration upon arrival.  All major currencies will be accepted.

BY CREDIT CARD
on site at the registration desk (accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).

On-site registration will start on Sunday May 11 at 16:00 at the main secretariat desk located at the Hotel Hermitage, where you will receive your conference package.
On site payments will have the extra charge of 100 euros (late payment).

The transfer fee both at the source bank and at the destination bank are at the sender’s charge. Please make sure that also the fees at the destination bank are covered when sending the bank transfer, so we will not have to manually collect them at registration desk.

BILLING INFORMATION:

Participants must specify in the registration form the BILLING DETAILS necessary to prepare the fee invoice; they are invited to check with their administration if the invoice must be put in the Institute’s name or it may be put in the participant’s name.

If the fee must be invoiced to the institute, it is necessary to provide us with the following information:

  • exact name of the Institute
  • VAT/P.IVA

 

If the fee must be invoiced to the individual it is necessary to provide:

  • Name, Address and Fiscal Code of the participant.

 

Further Instructions for Italian non-INFN Public Institutions

If the Institute/University applies the “split payment” (Italian public entries) or is “vat exempt”, please contact the organizers (hh2025@pi.infn.it) BEFORE PAYING the fee, to have confirmation of the exact amount to pay (net amount).

Collective payments of the conference fee are also accepted. Please, refer to your administrative office to know how to proceed.
