Description

IdeaSquare Planet, or i2P for short, is a novel methodology developed at CERN IdeaSquare in collaboration between its partners and staff to enable those brave enough to tap deep into their creativity. Participants are encouraged to aim at solving complex problems by removing barriers to creativity, applying a systems-thinking approach, using future thinking as a tool, and being inspired by the way physicists and engineers work at CERN. Contrary to what some might expect from a course held at CERN, we are not expecting you to be physicists or engineers – we truly believe that for change to be made, multidisciplinary discourse is required.

This time, the method will be applied to further explore the different scenarios and technology applications already discovered by the students of the Tech Forward programme.

Welcome to your interplanetary adventure!

Directions on how to get to CERN you can find here: https://home.cern/directions

When on CERN site, find your way to the Science Gateway visitor car park, behind the Globe. IdeaSquare is there, towards West (France). Google map is here.

For registering your laptop/mobile phone for wifi access at CERN, please connect to the CERN visitor wifi. You will receive a code as a text message. Your connection will be valid for a week. You will need to register each device separately.
