Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre (VECC) is situated in the city of Kolkata (Calcutta). Kolkata is well connected by both air and rail routes with all the major cities of India. VECC is about 12 km from the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport and Howrah Station from where buses, prepaid taxis, Ola, Uber etc. are available to reach the Centre (Bus stoppage: CAP camp). Besides the above option VECC can also be reached via Sealdah Station or Kolkata Station.
