Registration fees
The registration fees for regular participants are 250 Euros, and include :
- use of the conference center and facilities therein,
- coffee breaks,
- lunch breaks (served in situ),
- official dinner on Tuesday 23/09 (or Wednesday 24/09),
- welcome cocktail on Monday, 22/10.
For accompanying persons joining the dinner, the fees are 34 Euros, to be paid directly at the restaurant. But please decleare them in the registration form!
The fees must be paid to validate the registration before the meeting begins.
A signed letter confirming participation and payment of the fees will be issued to all participants.
Method of payment
Before paying, please consider whether you need an invoice.
The CERN system does not allow invoices to be issued after payments have been received and posted.
If you need an invoice, please let the organizers know before making payments. Last, note that invoices can only be issued for payments made by bank transfer by the Institute/Universities, not individuals.
Bank transfer
The bank transfer is at the participant's charge.
For the transfer, it's essential to identify your payment within CERN and other transactions made in the PostFinance account listed below.
Please use the reference: ESSnuSBp25 / 61978, followed by your name, for the transfer. For grouped payments, please include the names of all participants involved.

Credit card
Participants will be charged with card fees upon payment (2.5% with Visa and MasterCard). These costs will be added to the registration fees.
Please choose "Credit Card" when you fill your registration form.
Other methods
Please note that NO CASH payment will be accepted on-site.
Cancellation of participation
Full reimbursement of the registration fees if before the close date of mentioned deadline, with the bank fees are at the cost of the beneficiary.
No reimbursement of registration fees is possible after the closure of the registrations.
