Description

Welcome to the first general assembly of the LHC BSM working group, which acts as an umbrella for the already existing DM and LLP working groups, and for the new Re-interpretation working group arising from the former Re-interpretation Forum initiative. A new subgroup on prompt BSM signatures, covering other searches beyond DM and LLPs, completes the scientific content of the LHC BSM working group.

The goal of the general assembly is to review the current status of BSM searches in the experiments, as well as the perspective and initiatives of the various subgroups. For that purpose, ample time will be dedicated to open discussions to collect feedback and input from all participants on possible additional directions and initiatives to be covered by the LHC BSM WG.

To subscribe to the general WG mailing list, used to distribute announcements about WG meetings and available documents, go to

CERN access

During registration you have the possibility to request an access card. We will then grant access which will generate an Access Card which you should print out and bring with you to show to the staff at the front gate.

If you are unable to print your pass, you can use the provided access code on a small machine at the front gate to print your pass on the day.

CERN accommodation

A number of rooms at the CERN hostel have been pre-booked for the meeting. For information on how to access the room booking, please see the Accommodation section.  If you prefer to stay outside CERN a list of suggestions can be found on the same page.
