Registration is now OPEN for the EurASc 2025 Symposium and Annual Ceremony, to be held at CERN, Geneva, on 17β18 December 2025.
All participants β including EurASc Fellows, newly elected members, invited speakers, students, and accompanying guests β must register.
Please complete the form below to confirm your attendance and, if applicable, submit your scientific abstract for review.
PEOPLE SELECTING THE CERN HOSTEL FOR THEIR ACCOMMODATION must download the official CERN Hostel reservation form (available on the event overview page), fill it up and send it directly to:
housing.service@cern.ch .

β The registration fee includes:
Access to all scientific sessions
Coffee breaks and welcome reception
Two conference lunches
π₯ The Accompanying Person fee includes the welcome reception and lunches, but not access to scientific sessions.
π Access to CERN
As part of the registration process, all participants must also complete a CERN site access form, required under CERNβs security policy.
This form is embedded in the registration and grants access to the CERN campus from 16 December (16:00) to 19 December (19:00).
π° Payment Information
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or CERN internal transfer (TID).
