A few days before the Annual Meeting you are going to receive an automatic e-mail from Indico asking you to fill some personal information. As soon as it is done you will get an access code to get a visitor badge.
The Plenary Meeting is beginning at 14:00 on the 21st of October 2025 in the Globe, 1st floor. You can pass by the place as from 12:00 to pick up your conference badge and leave your luggage if needed.
Please note that there is no lunch planned on the first day. You can have a coffee, a sandwich or lunch at the Big Bang Café next to the Science Gateway, 3 minutes walking distance from the Globe.
The Science Gateway can be visited every day, except Monday, from 09:00 to 17:00, last entry 16:30. A shop is also open if you would like to find some nice CERN Goodies.
