Abstract:

Jet vetos are a crucial ingredient for precision Higgs searches. In this contribution I show that Jet scaling, the ability to extrapolate high multiplicity jet rates from universal scaling patterns, translates into improved veto survival extractions. I illustrate this specifically for Weak Boson Fusion and the associated backgrounds.
